Coriander honey is a rare honey with a dense and compact appearance towards crystalline ripeness. Coriander is a plant that has recently been grown in Italy, and the family business Apicoltura alveare bianco in Ostuni, for the production of this exclusive honey, takes its bees to the vast fields of the Apulian Daunia, near the Apulian Sub-Apennines. The appearance of coriander is similar to parsley, from whose fruits one of the most widespread spices used in Eastern, North African and South American gastronomic cultures is extracted.
