These glazed tarallini are typical of Puglia and are prepared during the Christmas holidays, starting from December 13th, the day in which Saint Lucia is celebrated.

Made with very few ingredients, tarallini are free of salt or sugar, so they have a very neutral taste before being dipped in the icing based on water and powdered sugar that gives the right sweetness!
